Doing_the_ALS_Ice_Bucket_Challenge_(14927191426)Bay Village,  Ohio — Three teenagers who committed an Ice Bucket Challenge attack on a teenager with autism were sentenced on Monday. Many members of the autism community are calling the sentencing of the three teens merely a ‘slap on the wrist.’

During the attack a bucket containing bodily fluids and tobacco spit was poured over the teen, our last report can be read here.

The three teens have been sentenced to conduct community service as well as having to apologize to the teen they assaulted. to the victim.

One teen was sentenced to 6 months probation as well as serving 200 hours community service, 50 hours of this time is related to a previous case were the teen was in possession of marijuana. He must also write a letter of apology  and he publicly apologized in court.

The second teen also received 6 months probation and has to serve 100 hours of community service, 20 hours are related to a previous case surrounding arson. He too must also write a letter of apology.

The third teen, was sentenced to 100 hours of community service as well as having to write a letter of apology. Unlike the other two teens he does not have a  no-contact order with the teen.
