Lisa FraserFounder and President Lisa Fraser a former swimming teacher, got the inspiration to start her own company after working with children on the autism spectrum. She noticed that they would frequently seek out tight spaces and pressure related therapy to help manage their anxiety. Autism Daily Newscast interviewed Lisa earlier this year – “Snug Vest a therapeutic product for individuals with autism”  It was clear that Wearable Therapeutics Inc. was ready to expand operations to meet demand.  She turned to a popular Canadian reality television show to get half a million for venture capital.  Here is her story on turning the offer down.
