SpiongebobFilm and television reviews by our resident autistic film critic Maymay.

SpongeBob goes on a quest to discover a stolen recipe that takes him to our dimension, our world, where he tangles with a pirate.
I love Spongebob. It is one of my favorite cartoons, so I was excited to see this movie. It was cute and fun, but also a little weird. I like weird, but who’s gonna believe in a magic dolphin that can fly, time travel, and shoot a laser out of its blow hole? Weird, even for me. Sandy looked really strange without her suit. I liked her as a ginormous squirrel. That was funny. Plankton looked really scary with muscles. I didn’t like that at all. So many things just didn’t make sense. The part that bothered me the most is that it wasn’t very funny. It was funny in parts, but mostly it wasn’t funny. I still think all kids will love this movie. It is still Spongebob.
