Long Island, New York –  Anna Tuzzolo, a 13 year old teen with autism, is a going to walk from her hometown of East Quogue to “Montauk Point” and back. While she may be doing most of the walk on a local track around her home, she will be covering 90 miles.

To date Anna has walked 16 miles and raised around $3,000. The proceeds will go to the Flying Point Foundation for Autism, a local nonprofit whose primary program is the summer camp that Anna has attended for the past four summers.

Her mother Patty hopes that Anna’s project will be an inspiration to others and adds,

“People have been very generous.”

Donations are also being accepted by mail. Mail to The Flying Point Foundation, 25 Farmstead Lane, Watermill, NY 11976.
