Hoboken, New Jersey – The Association for Science in Autism Treatment (ASAT) has partnered with HOPES CAP Inc. of Hoboken for the 4th Annual “Rock’n 4 Autism Awareness” benefit concert on Saturday, May 3.

Hoboken Mayor Dawn Zimmer will open the event and there will be a performance by hometown band, “Fuzzy Lemons.” Cindy Vero from 103.5 FM’s KTU radio station will host the festivities.

Last year’s event raised over $20,000.

The charity event will also provide an educational experience staffed by parents and professionals who will provide information. The Centers for Disease Control currently estimates that 1 in 88 children have autism and there are currently one million people living with autism in the United States.

The event will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. at HOPES’ Auditorium, 301 Garden St., Hoboken. Tickets for the event are available here
