Ruled Out Campiagn launched at the House of Commons

Ambitious About Autism, ‘Ruled Out’ Campaign – was officially launched on Feb 11 at the House of Commons. Autism Daily Newscast reported on the campaign here.

The event was hosted by Graham Stuart MP and was attended by almost 200 parliamentarians, young people, parents and professionals.

So far over 800 people have signed up to the campaign.

Dami Benbow, Youth Patron for Ambitious about Autism gave an impassioned speech, saying that:

“You can judge a society based on how it treats those who are different” and that “No more children with autism should be disenfranchised from education.”

The campaign will run for 12 months and aims to ensure that:
