Psychologist, Sue Mulcahy, who is an expert on the issues surrounding autism and the criminal justice system will be delivering a presentation at the event. The Together Trust website states that the presentation will include:
- Involvement in criminality – victims and suspects
- The law – mandatory and discretionary support provision
- Supporting suspects
- Supporting victims and witnesses
- CJS professionals’ response to training
- Available support and resources
Attendees will be able to ask questions as well as well as gaining support and advice from the trained staff at the event.
Adults and older teenagers with Autism Spectrum Conditions are welcome to attend this free event.
