Bullies pour body fluids on autistic boy during ice bucket challenge

Bay Village, Ohio – The parents of a 15 year old boy from Ohio are outraged and hoping to press charges on callous bullies who duped the boy into taking the ALS Ice Bucket Challence, but replaced the ice water with urine, spit, faeces and cigarette butts. Youths took a video of the challenge from the boys own phone, and then posted it on the social networking site Instagram despite the boy’s protestations. It shows the boy standing in his underpants on school grounds. His mother said:

“He was embarrassed because he did not know what the contents were until afterwards and then he didn’t want anybody to know. The bucket challenge is supposed to be raising awareness for this disease and now they’ve turned it into a sick joke, I just can’t understand why kids would do something this cruel.”

Police are working closely with school officials to identify the youths who participated and will consider charges. His parents wanted the video to be posted to raise awareness of bullying in the area, and hope to find the tormentors who turned an innocent charitable donation into a cruel, sick joke on a vulnerable teen.
