Autistic Boy from DeBary, Florida Now Allowed to Keep His Pet Chickens

J.J.Hart, 3 from DeBary Florida – On December 7 Autism Daily Newscast shared the story about local City Council members informing J,J,Hart and his family that they would no longer be able to keep chickens at their family home.

In an article posted in the Orlando Sentinel yesterday, the City Council in DeBary have now took the decision to allow the little bot to keep his chickens after the family’s attorney Mark Nation threatened a federal suit.

Martin E. Comas reports in the Orlando Sentinel:

‘DeBary City Council members will vote Dec. 18 on a resolution that allows the Hart family a special accommodation to keep up to three hens for J.J. because of his disability’.
