1483082_456644104445483_1267076744_nWest Monroe, LA, USA – A young man with Asperger’s syndrome has been inspired to be the first person with autism to star on Survivor, after meeting one of the stars of the show.

Colby Brown, who is a student at West Ouichita High Scool in West Monroe, LA has been a huge fan of the show for many years and watched almost every episode of the American reality game show.

He met runner up Clay Jordan, who believed his dyslexia helped him in the Survivor environment,  in Februaury 2012; and has now set up a Facebook page to get himself acknowledged as a contender.

“Before I met Clay, I was afraid to go talk in front of class. When I met him that day, I realized that I really am special.”
